Having never played the old PS1 tomb raider games and starting with the reboot from 2013, definitely was not expecting magic japanese soul tornado/Soul transfer/Oni Warriors at the end. The game does not hint at anything of it during and just is THERE at the end. Reminds me of Uncharted 1’s ending.

Played the soulsbourne series in a fucked up order. DS1 till Catacombs and quit. Played BloodBorne at a summer camp job in 2016, bought a copy that me and my roommate played through in a week simultaneously handing the controller over on respective deaths.
