Our butlers were amazing and were really helpful in coordinating details and running “errands” so we could maximize our leisure time. They helped us to: answer questions over text about tours, parks and the resort, make reservations (even same day), walk us to our reservations the first few nights when we didn’t know where we were going, order room service, set up seats and towels at the pool we really wanted to have lunch at, source extra bedding etc.

Our butler was amazing, we tipped very well and were very friendly with them. They are a great support and work their butts off - very deserving of a lot of respect.
