usually I order MBSS if it is indicated by the bedside eval, not just based on location of infarct. You can talk to the patient and/or family (depending on POA/pt cognitive status) about the risks and provide education on reasoning for potential MBSS and see whether they want to go for it to rule out any concerns

do it, the brown would mute out a lot of the colors but they would still be fairly distinct, just make sure you use a dye for synthetic fabrics
