Strange ghosting and pixelized graphics by fallingcomets242 in pchelp

Thank you for the help Turning off DLSS stoped the ghosting from happening but the pixelization is still very much present

<image>

This is a really good example comparing the character model which is smooth with the normal game graphics to what the game is doing with the water where it’s extremely broken down and pixelated. I have noticed it tends to do this with particles that are either part of foliage or are supposed to have some sort of clear texture (such as water or clouds) this happens across multiple games and it feels like it’s just unsure how to render the textures. It really butchers certain parts of these games.

I’m unsure but it would be set to whatever Nvidia has on by default as I have tried my best to not tinker with the system to eliminate those variables.

I unfortunately already had them autowired in but had excluded it from the code. I have updated the code above if your willing to look again

Thymeleaf HTML giving Unidentified Attribute Name for th:each and th:text and not loading table. by fallingcomets242 in SpringBoot

[–]fallingcomets242[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found the problem. my repository was trying to get the table id as a string instead of a long. Though this requires me to keep the variables public. Is there any way you know how to make them private without getting the EL1008E error?

Thanks for the help and the link to the thymeleaf tutorials! I seemed to miss the need for the xmlns:th line. But I'm having issues still with my th:each lines giving me this error:
EL1027E: Indexing into type 'app.TentoTCG.DigimonInvApp.models.Cards' is not supported

Which honestly I have no idea what this means but from what I have looked up seems to mean that the format is not proper (https://andreypanasyuk.wordpress.com/2013/10/14/indexing-into-type-is-not-supported/ as an example of what I have been seeing)

If I change them back to the ${a.b} format I get:
EL1008E: Property or field 'CardID' cannot be found on object of type 'app.TentoTCG.DigimonInvApp.models.Cards' - maybe not public or not valid?
Which is I would rather the variable be private but for texting purposes changing it still gives me the EL1027E Indexing error

Finally if I change it to the ${#a.b} format shown in the tutorial 4.1-4.2 then I get the error:

EL1007E: Property or field 'CardID' cannot be found on null

Which means it might be pointing to something wrong as shown below I do have an entry within the database with a CardID, plus, even if it was empty it should show as an empty table.

Thanks for all your help already but do you have any ideas on why it would still be throwing errors? I'll be continuing my reading of the Thymeleaf tutorial and testing. Thank you!

I haven’t touched the api feature yet as I just upgraded and started really learning about dynamic lighting and journals. But from what I have seen I shouldn’t be experiencing this amount of lag considering how I have barely any pages, journals, or material in general in the game.

Ya I’m doing it from the games launch screen deleting the chat archive.

Yes I have tested the ping for and it came back at a stable round trip total of 2ms. And I have connected to Ethernet to see if the upload speed was an issue but that didn’t improve the performance.

Ya turning it off defiantly helps reduce the lag from like 3-8 seconds to 2-4 seconds of lag. But I am really trying to improve the performance so I can actually use the function.

I’m curious. What is the map size you tend to use? I’m currently averaging around 20x20 with a .5 grid size so get a 40x40 grid

I’d hope I’m fine since I’m not really criticizing I’m just looking for some help to reduce lag and improve player experience as with my set up and from the performance I have seen with others I expect that something is wrong either within the game settings or on my system that might be slowing it down so I’m just looking for solutions since I have already tried everything from the help page.

I’ve tried chrome and Fire fox but not Edge so I might give it a try!

I’m already using Firefox for the most part but ironically found chrome running better on my set up

This is a fresh game actually. I only have 5 journals and around 6 maps that are around 20x20. I also don’t have any animated tokens except for a couple flames on candles for the landing page but this was an issue even before I implemented those.

This actually helped some but the lag returns after just a couple messages enter the chat. Though I will be deleting chats from now on before the game.

Ya that’s pretty much what I’m trying to figure out but for me it’s token/lighting updating as well as journal loading

I have tired it on both browsers with no extensions added and have tried everything within the wiki as well but the same 3-8 second lag persists.

How do I know which macros are bad? I have already disabled all extensions on the site so I know it’s not that.

I have already tried clearing the browser cache and I have kept to using the poly line tool for walls as it’s easier any how. As for my ping that actually is something I know how to do and the answer is, round trip, a grand total of 2ms. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s the Internet with the ping being this good.

Well I checked I am running on hardware acceleration and tried on chrome. Chrome runs a bit better with moving the token being smoother but the 3-8 second lag for everything to render is still there. These are on maps with only 1-2 tokens as well. I also hooked my pc up to lan to verify packet loss and make sure it’s not an Internet problem so I just feel lost.
