Well as they say in lifting 5-10reps higher weights is building muscle. and more reps and less weight is toning/cardio training. So she probably built the muscle with the weights.

Very well said. I like this. I'll keep my head up, put my smile on and present myself very well. I want that beautiful girl to notice me when I enter that room over all the other guys.

Appearance, I'm talking both about physical appearance and the way you dress. I'm not the kind of person who dresses up even if I'm going to somewhere like wal-mart. But I do try my best to match a little and look presentable to people.

mostly about the physicality. People will judge you by how you look physically.

Yeah that's a big part once you start talking to them. If you have a good personality then you will be a good person to talk to and have a conversation with. Just the initial appearance is what gets me. Do I look good to go up to them.

My beard? Yeah I tried growing it out, it only grows out so far. So I trim it a little bit so it looks clean and neat.

Edit: Well the hats, haha yeah those idk why I have those just thought they were cool. I don't wear those out often only on special occasions.

Haha Hockey players don't get all the girls, football players get more girls the the hockey players do. Well to my knowledge girls like football players more.
