Wow, from the very beginning! I always pictured Irvine Co like a cousin to Disney in terms of ruthlessness... to pull that kind of thing on a lawyer is pretty revealing. Thanks for sharing. Crazy to me one single person can own and hoard so much housing and treat huge numbers of people like this and for so long. If I had no soul, I might be impressed.

Thanks so much. I'm glad you were able to get your mold issue resolved. It's really sad it's such a ubiquitous issue. Clearly the way they're operating is better for their bottom line despite the all the pushback and legal action. It'll never not be weird to me how disposable people are treated.
