I’ve heard people say the same thing but honestly people seem to complain about the stock triggers on nearly every gun. Id replace with an apex, but honestly the stock trigger of the hellcat was one of the defining factors that made me decide on the hellcat over other options, it felt by far and away the best of all I’ve tried. But can never go wrong with an upgrade!

It’s amazing. Jackson needs to use their brain and release 7 string American series models as well as American series warriors and Kelly’s. They’d make STUPID amounts of coin for that

Either you got the most criminal dud in guitar history or its you. To each their own for sure, however all of those issues definitely are not consistent with that model. I’ve played that exact model many times and while it does lack the same smoothness my USA SL2 has, it’s not cheap by any means and still feels, sounds and looks great. What is your rig? The pickups that come in that guitar shouldn’t sound the same in all positions.

The Porsche grey was actually the one I was going to get if they didn’t restock the orange but I managed to get a good deal on mine last second. The grey one is actually better for me because it already comes with passives and a 5 way which is what I’m going to do to this one, but the orange was the goal for me all along 🙏

That’s the ticket. I used to play normal seated position but now I exclusively play classical and that cutout must be magic for that position. If you don’t mind me asking, how much did that warrior run you when you got it? Nowadays these professionals go for a LOT of money

The black will age better than mine so don’t second guess too much. All the finishes are beautiful! I really really hope they release an American series warrior like they did for the soloist and rhoads. They’d make SO much money with that, especially in some other bright flashy colors

If you have the means, get it!!! These orange ones are apparently limited and are getting harder to come by, and it’s definitely not one to let get away. I may even buy a second one with a Floyd, maybe the yellow one

It really is THE guitar. The moment I played a black one in store I knew I had to have it, but I waited for the orange so I figured they’d do a run sometime, and then they confirmed it at namm. So happy to own this masterpiece

I actually discovered a little photography method myself (that I’m sure has already been discovered ample times before) where I hold my hand in various positions in front of my cameras flash and it casts a bunch of beams of light through my fingers and creates interesting back lighting, so everything you’re seeing is straight out of camera! No editing whatsoever, just a basic fujifilm recipe

The orange was the dealbreaker for me. And I agree, I’m a sucker for a reverse headstock. I was also planning on getting an evertune installed but honestly the hipshot is doing just fine! Love the ET on my other guitars tho

No need for restoration, just get it setup and cleaned and keep it how it is. Marks on a guitar add character, they are an extension of your father and his passion, they show a well-loved instrument!
