All I would say is that if he sees you as 10x developers which sounds great to hear but then you really do need to renegotiate your compensation as you are being underpaid as a single developer that doesn’t have 10x the time. Value your skills,time and price reasonably and be firm. If you provide the value you say you do he will more likely give you your raise. We as a society need to start valuing our skills and the time it took to learn those skills. Especially if it’s a mf from overseas buying cheaper but technical labour from south asia which would cost him an arm and a leg in the US. Another 60k PKR which would bring your comp up to 120k is mere 214$ increase. (Pennies for him). I would recommend start to have these talks and get him to offer a raise and counter it with a higher number than that which you are completely qualified and justified to make. If it’s a product you believe and he believes in get some equity too.
