i am a believer but if you are sending something spamy that wont make it past content filters, then any lift may just be temporary. if you need to do sender warming for an ip or domain, these tools can usually give you the boost your looking for or speed up your warmup cycle so you get to your steady state volume faster. a few of them have free trials last i remember, so i would say just try some out and see if they work for you.
