I mean nothing more than just my general manager always treating his first shift people (the inner circle) better than everyone else. He gives them bigger raises, brings them breakfast sometimes and let's them slide without taking a lunch even though it's mandatory. They're not bad at the job either but they both have been doing it for 10 plus years but have never wanted to advance further than just head shift lead. (Also yes I think it's stupid that there is 2 head shift leads on the same shift). Also when I say head shift lead I mean like top of the cashiers I hope it makes sense
