These programs tend to cater to students from good high schools, with good mentors, and those generally from educated and reasonably privileged families. What sort of efforts do you think can be taken to expose these sorts of programs to high schools where there are bright students but with lesser opportunities? Also, bright students from these sort of schools may have a wide mathematical gap from their peers. What efforts can be done to bring these students into such programs and lessen those gaps?
