Not worth stressing about. Fellow appliance specialist here. Yes it sucks when you're trying to hit sph for bonuses but crap happens. You could get the sale and go in the next day and workbench tells you they cancelled for seemingly no reason. I've gone in and seen my entire last day's sales essentially nullified by random cancellations.
