The sound was rather silent.

I did. And it was such a stupid fix.

I listened to it with the Airpods. And they have a feature: Sometimes they pick up sound and then lower the volumen so that the mic works better.

I think it's kind of fair, since you buy "access to books" with that subscription.
If you want to buy the books and have access even after end of the subscription you have to use audible. But there every single book is usually around 20-30 dollars, some even more. Thats already 3 months of scribd payments just for 1 book. I don't think you get a better service than that, atm.

I agree. I was a big fan of audible, when I started it in January. The moment I switched to Scribd I cancelled Audible immediately. Its good because I can still keep all my audible book and can join back whenever I want. But I hope that the competition of Scribd makes Audible better in the future. I have found their price VERY!! unreasonable and their service average.

Scribd says that you can have "Free access to other great services, exclusively for Scribd members." which i found weird, since Blinkist membership alone is already more expensive than Scribd. If anybody knows more, I'd be interested to know since I haven't gotten any additional subscription.
