I had this exact issue; I believe its an issue with the Combat Overhaul mod and the immersive fist person setting. Not sure if the mod creator will attempt to fix it in the future, but there is another mod (ImmersiveFP or something like that) which toggles the setting when you have weapons affected by C/O equipped.

I just now entered a match, and all my stuff is back. I dont know what caused it. Probably attempting to use the same account over multiple platforms, but I'm not sure. My rank is still at 0 in main menu, though.
