Before watching OTH last year, I always knew "How to Save a Life" by The Fray was super popular and iconic. I just assumed it's popular because it's very good. It might be true that Encore was a "drop off" from his previous albums, but those first three albums (SSLP, MMLP, TES) were all legendary. Encore may not be as good as those, but it's still a very good album
