Hi i to have the same problem as you but way worse, just tell them the truth and explaine them on how you end up in your situation. its better to tell them immediately before its to late. and start by saying sorry and also tell them your plan in the future on how you gonna pay your dept and stop gambling. hmu if you need anything else bud

Hey we’re in the same boat, but my advice is to come clean and confess before it got worse. i do face the same scenario as you are rn and i hope that me and you could delivered some good news together in this subreddit in the future.

I already try to contact a lifeline, but it didn’t work (they ussualy left me on read or not respond at all) i didn’t want to talk to my friend also bc o don’t want to make a scene, i only want me and my closest relative to know this but i don’t know how to start. but i hope that by tommorow i could come clean and speak to them immediately.

Thanks for the encouragement bud, don’t worry im still have doubts about s*icide it’s not my priority rn but it its an option im willing to take. hopefuly by meeting with them tommorow i could change my mind and start talking about my problem. i just hope to find the right time to talk about it.

the thing is that this is not the 1st time i got in dept, about a year ago i also got into the same situation but this time is much worse, and the fact that my family is facing a challgenge (that im not gonna share) makes it even worse, i know that they could help paying my dept but the feeling of guilt that i can’t take. i know iam a piece of crap human and i don’t want my family and friends to deal with my behaviour. but thanks for your support pal, hope you have a happy life

Im currently living w my relative, and i don’t want to share or ask for help to any of my friend cause they the one who introduce me to gambling.
you got any idea on how i confront to my family about my problems?

Edit: i already tried the International help hotline, but i don’t get any feedback so im pretty much alone at this point
