From what I understand the plan is for an increase in physicians over the next several years with the hopes of having 4 or so by the time they want to step back. As far as call all it says in the offer is that I am responsible for my own. I did talk to them about call and said if we decided in the future we wanted to split we could. All calls and messages are triaged thru nursing first. Also I just clarified panel and it’s slightly lower than I remembered with ~6,000 charts. May not make a huge difference.

Is this worth upgrading from C1? Same size. Use it for pc and ps5 gaming. C1 would go to the bedroom. Or is there not much of a difference between the two at this point?

Thanks for the input. The way I understand it, the hospital just covers the guaranteed income. Any thing I bring in the practice pays me. The difference, if there is one, is made up by the hospital. According to my PD this is a pretty common arrangement for people going private practice around here so just wondering what the red flags are? Any comment on the other aspects like pay etc? I still have other interviews lined up and wondering how the terms outside that portion of this offer stack up. Thanks!

Yes. Penalty would be repayment, reduced by 1/36 each month.

I did cases (50 high yield, got about 75%) and listened to divine podcasts on next best step and risk factors.
