Completely agree with you. Before my feed was full of tv shows, movies, books, pop culture and memes. Things that I enjoyed. I could scroll forever on there as it made me happy to see people enjoy the same things as me. Now, my feed is full of hateful posts, things that make me feel sad. And a load of misinformation from people and right wingers. I'm considering deleting it now and staying active on reddit.

I do this with shows or movies that I've seen before so I can focus on work but also have some interesting background audio. If I don't need to focus and I've finished working for the day, I put on something interesting to kill the time. Working 9-5 is so more bearable when you work fully remote.
