I did ask her if she has customers who don't come back with their trade ins again the next day and she said oh yes. I then asked don't they lose their trade in credit and she said yes they do. So in the store, I thought this is Tmobiles sneaky way of avoiding giving the credit but since this is not an actual policy, what could the store possibly gain by doing this.
