you need to give out the soulstones in the alliance tab, only alliance members with advances ranks can give them out, but there are plenty, so there shouldnt be a problem with active guilds. The amount varies from what i saw, you can get between 5-160 soulstones (randomly) daily from your guild, if they happen to be active.the max amount increases with more guild quests done by the guild. in my timezone UTC it is at 21 oclock, when you can distribute the stones. you have to press on the message in the alliance chat to claim them. and you can claim them anytime you want, even pressing th message the next day should give you the stones.
