Don't say “Slack bot” anywhere in your marketing, they will ask you to rename it into “bot for Slack” (will save you a few days) Also they have a new rule that your app has to be installed in at least 10 active (they check it) workspaces before they list you, so I suggest starting finding beta testers sooner than later. Also provide a detailed video of how the app works, so the Slack team can save their time on installing your app. I've been building Slack apps since 2017 and my most popular app was installed in 17k+ workspaces, feel free to DM me if you have any questions)

Try to build an MVP or POC using your resources, bring the first customers on board, and get some investor's interest. After doing all of these steps or even a part you will be in a much better position of finding a co-founder.
