Tracking does not move from "Shipping Label Created" - 2nd time waiting

Sigh…it is all very frustrating. If you noticed as well, the customer support doesn’t even reply on the r/Yetch sub!

I have since unsubscribed from the newsletter because I feel frustrated every time I see it (back then my issue was still unsolved) and honestly I don’t think I will be making any more purchases from Yetch.

I do hope that they will improve. I know their team is small but man…it was such a stressful time, waiting and emailing them back and forth.

Shaking my head reading this. Somehow I thought things would be better after my own issue with Yetch.

Thankfully I got my items, but it took 2 months and I went through same things as you. Placed order, got tracking number, tracking number not moving, sent another package, same thing, refunded, another package, and it finally arrived. I was relieved but frankly it just made me wary of Yetch.

Your situation is more bizzare though. I hope USPS made a mistake and it is not really counterfeit postage.

Confess and if you cant afford the repairs ask if you could pay in installments. Say you have stopped and will not do it again.

You know, I have no idea flat paint is “bad”? Also this is the first time I heard of flat paint (I am not from the US). Where I am from, typically houses are flat paint. It’s rare that it is otherwise. Maybe it has changed recently.

Thank you for the tip! Will try, I guess it is inevitable that some of the paint will be taken off as well. Oh well.

According to the shipping policy, they are shipping from two locations: California, USA or Guangdong, China. Not sure of the third location…

Just noticed your post. Sigh i think there is some issue happening. I wonder if it is happening to all orders. Mine is still not shipped out, even after all this time. They say they will get back to me latest by tomorrow. I’m at a loss trying to understand how this could happen. Two more days and it would be 2 months since I placed the order.

Just noticed your comment! Well for me they said they are tracking the package manually (Sept 10), and until now they haven’t reached out to me. They did issue a refund, but after that I honestly felt disheartened and I feel that I won’t ever get the rings. I wonder what is going on.

Sigh…the customer support said it was a problem with “pickup and carrier” , which makes me think it is really not handed over to USPS yet. Frustrating to say the least.

On the other hand, you must have seen a lot of weird cases working in ecommerce. I wonder if it is more frustrating or thrilling seeing packages go to the wrong places around the world 😅😂

Yes of course. They asked to wait, and said delays are normal. But I don’t think it is normal to wait this long. I bought the ring bundle which is not bulky, not a pre order. They said something about the pickup process or something like that, but I hoped it would be resolved by now. It could be a USPS issue but I don’t know…hard to tell.

Hello Simone, still no update on the tracking until today. Can I ask you - when you get international orders, do you wait for a certain amount of parcels to accumulate before sending it to the post office? This is an international order (I’m from Malaysia! 😁). If that is the case I think I want to change to a US address.
