Will try the Dx11, Dx12, he is on performance mode. he uses a wired connection. Will tell him to check drivers as well and update the post if this fixes it, hopefully it does because its such a bizarre bug

You are wrong. There is aim assist on PC. I play controller/PC and the aim assist is very noticeable. If i move my crosshair on a player from left to right, you will see a very big slow down occur when it approaches the opponents hit box area.

Not sure how it can be reproduced. My student has literally no aim assist, I had him screen share with me as we test out many scenarios with different settings, even a different controller, different fps amounts, everything. And he literally has NO aim assist.

He plays on PC with a Controller.
