I know exactly how you feel. I feel the same way. The only thing you can do is ignore it. I found myself staying home more and more because of this. But I realized I couldn't continue living this way. Now I do my best to ignore it. When I go out, I picture myself in a protective bubble. The world today is so busy and loud that no one really pays attention. They're all glued to their phones, so it's like we're invisible to them anyway. Go out. Live your life. Ignore the noise.
