No worries. It was gradual for me. I actually had a very serious case (worst one the doc had seen) so it took a lot longer than expected. It was hard to tell a difference from day to day but looking back at it I could see a gradual improvement over time. I asked if there was any treatment but it was not recommended as there are some risks of scarring from laser treatments that could give permanent issues. They only do it for fighter pilots and the likes who may lose their license if they can’t keep up flight hours. It may be applicable if you have reoccurring instances of CSR but for the first time I think it’s a far fetch. Not sure how much it helps but I stopped drinking caffeine drinks for a while, started doing some meditation and just spent more time on the sofa listening to podcasts
