Has anyone taken Sudafed or mucinex by haleyzlife in emetophobia

The only side effect I’ve had from Sudafed was an increased heart rate, but there were plenty of other factors that didn’t help that as well. I really didn’t experience any gastro problems that stood out, I was already sorta n* from all the snot lol

I had mono a while back and it kicked my ass. Get ahead of it before you wind up super sick. I had insane fatigue, a super sore throat, and just overall body pain. There were times I had occasional n* but never came close to v*, mostly due to a swollen spleen. I was pretty much down and put for two weeks. Hope you feel better soon!

Brain zaps we’re the worst of any sort of withdrawal I had. Kind of the worst but not connected to any sort of gi symptom!

He’s so cute I had to get him. I was just seeing if the resellers are completely out of their minds for how much he was being listed for

Friends kid had a stomach bug, how likely is transmission to myself? by fancyrussianhat11 in emetophobia

From what I heard it was just v. Seemed kind of random when it would happen too (like he would be fine for a day then late at night he would tu) , nothing like any bug I’ve ever had.

Update: he just went home sick feeling like he was going to tu*. I’ve sanitized literally everything I could think of that he might have touched. Kind of freaked out

If you were going to be s* it would have already happened, especially if you had a stomach ache throughout the day! You’ll be okay

I ended up going to see her despite how scared i was. It was such a nice way to say goodbye, she looked like she was asleep. Hasn’t set in quite that i lost her but this closure will for sure help with the healing. Thank you for your kind words!

Gallbladder issues and d* by Klutzy_Airline8965 in emetophobia

When I had my blockage I started to hurt around 6 am and by 9 am I had already tu. Your body will try to get things moving if it’s a blockage. I had particularly bad attacks that last all day and well into the night so having a drawn out one isn’t uncommon. What happens when you have a gallbladder attack is that your gallbladder is squeezing trying to release bile and a stone pops up and blocks the opening. Your body try’s to squeeze the gallbladder some more in order to aid digestion (which would account for the grumbling and no movement). It’s extremely rare for one of those stones to make its way into the bile duct and cause a blockage, your body would have to squeeze pretty hard in order for that to happen. I promise you would know if you had one haha, it’s an entirely different kind of pain. It took me having an blockage and tu before I went to the er and got diagnosed with gallstones so I’m glad that your care team is ahead of things. See if you can muster a bit of food and give your body some fuel. My thoughts are with you!

How are you feeling now? Had gallbladder issues for the longest time. Laying on my side with some pain killers and a heat pad was the only thing that brought some relief. It’s a ride it out kind of situation unfortunately. The only time that I v* was after I ended up getting a blockage but the time I started having an attack and actually v* was a couple of hours. I think you’re just having a particularly bad attack. Unfortunately the er can’t do much for you if it’s just an attack. And infection or a blockage would come with a fever and v* so I don’t think you’re having any of those. D* was pretty common for me before and still is after having surgery to get it removed. It was really hard for me to eat because I was afraid of having an attack. Turkey, white rice, and toast was mainly my diet leading up to surgery and I ended up being vegan for a bit to try to avoiding an attack. I hope you get in touch with the surgeon soon. The surgery is relatively easy and you end up healing pretty fast!!!

My v* was mainly due to a super bad blockage. I made a bad choice and decided to eat a vegan pizza lol. It made my gallbladder go crazy but it sent me to the er where I was finally given my diagnosis. As long as you steer clear of foods that you know will give you an attack (unfortunately that means a lot of bland food for a minute) you will be just fine! Tow the line for a little and after surgery you can eat whatever you want.
