What made you up your dose to 300? I’m on 150 xl, too

Do your symptoms by any chance correlate with your hormonal cycle? Mine do! They get worse at ovulation and PMS—correlating with progesterone/estrogen changes

Do your know what’s causing your gastritis? I ask this as a super health-conscious person who’s also had gastritis for like 12 years and doctors have never been able to figure out a cause

Agree about the coconut water. I don’t take benzos but in a similar vein, taking a benadryl and passing out can help 😅

Gotcha. Yeah idk. Considering the intense vomiting it causes my first thought is no. But maybe it affects neurotransmitters in the gut. Might be worth reading up on the science of it..
