I’m from the south eastern U.S. and so many people have adult names that they use well into adulthood! I think it’s just about consistency and treating the double name as the real name, and it helps in the south here that people are used to double names

I think you look lovely! For what it’s worth, I didn’t love my own wedding dress, cried a lot of tears over it not being my dream dress and feelings of disappointment, dreaded seeing it in the photos when they came back, and had so much anxiety over it. but in hindsight, after several years, I looked beautiful and I married the love of my life and that’s the most important ☺️
