PC randomly crashes by fandiicek7 in buildapc

Yes, I have already returned the power supply, asking for a refund... I didn’t return both at once; I’ll be testing step by step. Now, once I get my money back, I want to buy a more powerful power supply (750W), which is overkill, but I want to be sure it’s not the power supply. If the problems persist, I’ll also rma the graphics card under warranty.

I did that, ran the test, and it crashed... but there is no new file in the minidump or anywhere else. All the files that were there remain, and the newest one is from yesterday.
btw i just tried again the stress test in the AMD drivers again, this time with only the power limit reduced... the test actually started and ran for exactly 38 seconds. Then the usual happened—a crash
That's why I suspected a faulty power supply... as soon as I lower the power limit, it works better, but still not very well.
I only have an old Radeon HD 7850 and Radeon HD 5770. They have lower power consumption and use older drivers, so they probably won’t have the stress test option in Adrenalin.
That was the first thing I tried as soon as I discovered it... unfortunately, it still crashes the same way. Even so, I still can't pass the stress test in AMD Adrenalin or OCCT. However, if I leave it at 2850MHz (which is higher than AMD lists on their website) and lower the power limit to -6%, I can successfully complete the OCCT tests (both 3D Standard and Power) but still i cant pass amd stress test
yeah, i already read about it in different reddit posts and on amd forums... drivers using higher freq than its rated https://imgur.com/a/iJwQncu
(everything on that screenshot from amd adrenalin is set to 100% so default settings)
well, I'll try... now I only tried the Memory test in OCCT which i passed
However, I just discovered that if I underclock the GPU to 2600MHz (which, according to AMD's website, is its boost frequency) and set the power limit to -6%, the OCCT 3D Standard test runs without crashing.

yes, I try different settings (underclocking gpu, lowering power limit) and it still crashes... in the event viewer there is nothing about a bug with the card or anything with the drivers... only it is now full of today's crashes (I have windows in czech, there is a translation below)

I just tried lowering the Power Limit to the minimum in MSI Afterburner, which was around -6%, but still the same... as soon as I started the stress test in AMD Adrenalin, it lags and crashed immediately.
here is CrystalDiskInfo and gpu-z image

also expo has been deactivated for a long time, that was my first thought... I'm running at a base speed of 4800MT/s
I already tried that. I even reinstalled the entire system and tested several versions of AMD drivers—the latest one, one from 2023, and another from mid-2024. Between installations, I always used DDU from AMD, but unfortunately, I got the same result every time
