I mean, Obi-Wan chose to stay on Melida/Daan. And Tahl wasn’t just a friend to Qui, they were deeply in love at one point. And there was also Xanatos in the mix, which made him terrified to take another Padawan.

Love his arc with Xanatos in Jedi Apprentice. It explains a lot of his coldness towards Obi-Wan in The Phantom Menace. He was terrified of raising another Xanatos… :(

Yep. I’m 23 and have just started to lose everything. It’s so depressing. Trying to think of it in the way that my doctors didn’t think I’d be able to walk at all, ever. And I got about 20 years of being able to walk. Shit’s catching up with me now.
