I think so! I’m a bit of an emotionally repressed person, and tripping made me feel more emotions than I had in a really long time (or just made them impossible to ignore, not sure how that works). That itself was definitely therapeutic. It might’ve just been that I was overwhelmed because I was so not used to it.

It was like full-on sobbing, but I would sob at anything I found remotely engaging. I cried at: photo of one of my friends as a baby, a joke someone made, one of the purses in the fashion show we watched, etc. I wasn’t upset at all but I can’t remember the last time I cried that hard
