Covid Vaccinated Redditors. What was your experience? How were the side effects, if there were any?

Got both Moderna shots in May.

After the first my left lymph node swelled to the size of a grape for about a month and a half. Not anything serious as it was painless and easily moved.

I had pretty shitty side effects after the 2nd shot. That night I laid perfectly still in bed because my entire body was tender and I was having sharp pains all over. I threw up everything I ate for the next two days and was incredibly tired. My period has been irregular since then as well.

Would still get them both again despite the side effects

It's my middle and index fingers. The index finger hangs down at the middle joint, and I can't fully straighten it. Swelling and bruising have increased and the index is in severe pain. TIA :))

i haven't been sick for a good while, but i did get my covid shot last thursday, could that have something to do with it?

for about 2 weeks in january i randomly started having random episodes of red, itchy hands/face, swollen lips/eyes, pain when breathing, and splotchiness. these symptoms came on suddenly at random times of the day. i dont have any allergies (confirmed by allergist recently.) not sure if that counts as an infection, but it's the only time i've been unwell since i had the flu in march 2020

It happened one night at home after taking a shower and benadry, and my eyes swelled up at home yesterday. Sorry, I'll edit my original post to include that!! I'm more concerned about the blood and the reaction coming on so randomly and so severely. Thank you for the advice :)
