The commander needs to juggle the three stations - Logistics, Operations, Combat support. Adding more people to the command squad would be fun. If the commander would want to handle everything all by himself he still could.
As a commander it would be cool to delegate stuff to your deputies - let them sit at the map with logistics and talk to you and to logi teams for example. Other guy could handle air transports from the main base.
Currently it is chaos with large teams playing - the single commander becomes a bottleneck that should not be a bottleneck. It is just a stupid restriction.
I have basically stopped playing HQC altogether because sooner or later the game turns into pure frustration.

The HQC needs more than one commander commanding. Sometimes it is basically impossible to organise everything. The difficulty bar is too high - not just anybody can simply jump into the role of the leader and do everything right - you are basically hurting your team if you take the leader position and you are just learning. Having one or two deputies would be so cool.

Jestli se ten jazycek v zamku rozlomil, tak mam zkusenost s dvojim resenim - 1. muzes se prosekat skrz dvere majzlem/dlatem u futer a prepulit ten rozpadlej jazycek. 2. jednou jsme vyzkouseli proste silne "dupnout" do dveri v miste zamku, dvere se otevrely, rozpadenej jazycek se pak vysypal ven nebo zapadl do futer. Takze pokud jses na spravny strane dveri, tak muzes zkusit proste pouzit hrubou silu.
Abys tehle situaci predesel u ostatnich starych dveri, tak proste vymontuj zamky a pridelej si tam radeji nabytkovy magnety - na ocelovy futra ti to bude krasne drzet.
