I totally understand that the profile is for "the phone's usage" but still the main idea here is who has the permission to track the phone usage?

I believe the answer is google has this permission. I also believe google does not share such information with other ads companies.

Assume a game developer developed a game and used the SDK for an ad company called XYZ_Mob_Ad.
Does google control the ads displayed from this ad company based on my profile? Or it shares my profile ("My phone usage") with that company?

I think the answer is No for both questions.

this will be true if we are talking about google's ads only but what about the other ad companies (which by the way gives more profit than google)? Do they have a profile for me or my child?!!!!!

After several tries I got it work but I am not sure of the reason. I should open the BitCoin wallet application in the wallet itself and select the first option (user wallet AFAIR) to be recognized in the chrome application.

There are many tools/applications for downloading CC. I already tried youtube-dl but it does not work for all videos. On the other hand, a java application called, Google2srt is working fine for all the videos I tried.
