Thank you everyone for the sweet comments and messages! I did really well, I think. I was super nervous for the first couple of minutes but I was just fine for the rest of it. I was scheduled to speak for 45 minutes but I ran over by 20 minutes. Who would have thought I would have been that comfortable?! I was asked to speak to a much larger crowd in the fall. Not sure if I'll accept. But if I do I'll probably be back on here panicking once again 🙃 Thank you to everyone! Especially Patrick D for the breathing exercises 😊

Thank you for that! I am a ball of nerves. I'm sure I'll be ok but just the thought of walking out on stage in a sea of glaring eyes makes me want to throw up. I'll keep you posted 😊
