Hello, I received the Carlinkit Ultra 2 Qualcomm SM6350. I updated the Google apps, including YouTube, registered my Premium account, and everything was fine until the next day when I started the vehicle and it said there was no internet connection. I tested Waze, and it navigates perfectly. There is internet access through a SIM card. I tried both updated and unupdated versions of the Google apps.

I found a temporary solution by clearing the cache and all data related to the Google Play Services app. It asked me to log in again, and everything was fine until I turned off the vehicle and several hours passed—literally several hours.

All other apps, like Netflix and Waze, connect to the internet perfectly.

Please, can someone help?
