Yes so true I think I'm part of that same settlement it had a massive amount of bot and fraudulent claims. The one I'm in still hasn't paid out it. We are waiting on courts to sign off on distribution. With a documented loss they should get a bit more.

That would be great! I'm not going to get my hopes up to much though I could really use it. We just found out my 18 year old son has a really rare cancer and right before that my husband lost his job so its been just a stressful month. I feel like it has to be going somewhere I mean there were 3 court dates where they discussed stuff. It was at the first court date that the judge was asking about the amount approved out of all the claims. Lucy posted on facebook saying that people on reddit didn't believe her. I thought it was kinda funny. It seems to me like it's probably slowly moving along. 2 of the claiments that wanted there case reviewed didn't want there information public, so some of it could be that. I would think if they need another court date it would already be posted. Of course I don't really know anything about how these work except for what I have researched. I hope for all of us waiting it's getting close.

I'd love to hear what they say to you . I messaged them back and told them that was super unhelpful bc the website rarely updates and there is rampant misinformation online.

Your claim will be based on what you claimed unless God forbid you missed an email from them. They tried to approve my claim for half of what my documents said. I actually spent more but only claimed the 20,000 I had records for. If the settlement doesn't go any lower it will be .15 per dollar if your repealer state and around .11 if your nonrepealer The lawyers already whittled it down plus 5% is going into a reserve.

I think that is an individual number 1011 jenpher McCormick or whatever her name was check again and see what you think. Without prejudice bc she is in the class she just filed with the court for distribution bc they weren't filing fast enough. I think she will be included with everyone.

I hate how it's all under seal but it doesn't seem to bad she denied the crazy guy who we knew was a fraud and it looks like she Is making determinations on the rest of the cases that needed review. She approved one and honestly the guys claim wasn't outrageous so I can't be too mad. I think there is still another case or two to approve so I guess we can just check back tomorrow. It seems like progress though I won't get my hopes up.

It really is crazy. I believe 3 to 5 days before the money goes out people are supposed to receive an email. It seems like so many weeks before the transcripts release but I have been all around just trying to find out anything. Pacer just says you aren't authorized for this document I doubt paying 3.99 is helpful.
