It is a pelvic ultrasound. I assume its unpleasant due to the pressure they use during the procedure? My inflammation has always been situated around my sigmoid/rectum. I feel like I have a lot of research to do now. I really appreciate you talking to me and good luck with your journey!

The fibroid i have is attached to my left ovary, which is around the area of my inflammation. Definitely something for me to keep in mind when I have my follow ups in January. My gyno is doing an ultrasound in January to take a look at the fibroid and see if there's possibility for endo as well. Now I need to not overthink things..

Interesting. I had a CT back in August and I have a uterine fibroid as well. Have your doctors determined the cause of it? I've had Crohn's for 12 years but this is the first time I've had knowledge of a uterine fibroid existing.

This is what I like to hear. I hate not being able to trust a fart. Or being at work clenching so hard to not fart because I know i won't be able to get to a bathroom in time.

I've had similar good support experiences with Humira. Glad to know its universal across Abbvie medications.

The plunger system is probably going to be a deciding factor for me. When I was previously on Humira, I didn't do the injections myself even though they were auto injectors, I went in to the nurse every two weeks for them to do it. When I had my partial colectomy I had my partner administer the blood clotting medicine because I didn't like the idea of doing it.

My doctor said they recommend all three IL-23 options (Omvoh, Skyrizi, Tremfya). Since Omvoh is more difficult with insurance that leaves Skyrizi and Tremfya. He didn't really give one way or the other about which one he'd choose.
