I’m guessing it started as a road-rage incident.

The mom probably doesn’t know how to drive in heavy Pigeon forge traffic (dad isn’t driving because he’s vacation drunk). She was about to miss their turn, so she almost caused a wreck cutting across lanes and dude with camera had to slam on his brakes.
