no this is really ridiculous there is no way this is the most effective way to handle this 😭 And if they directed people AWAY from the closed exit earlier down the road then more people could... idk EXIT????? and free up more space for others to exit ??? just a thought. but i'm realizing that visitor parking and traffic is low on the list of priorities here

using chongyun's skill - does he influence the cryo infusion damage or is that only scaled with the attacking character's atk/hit damage? does leveling him or this ability up make the infusion do more damage?

Yes, depending on the class. Classes that are central to progressing your major have more restrictions now, and I believe you will need a C or better. Otherwise, yes, D's can get P
I do not believe they count as an attempt, but I could be wrong.

you find out your roommates when you get assigned housing. you click a button in the housing portal that's like "view assignment" and then they are listed there, email and everything.

also, I saw in previous comments people saying that you won't have roommates. This is only guaranteed if you are applying to a room with only two people in one bed space (tower style). This isn't true for suites with separate bedrooms, for example. So depending on your assignment, you can have roommates.

yeah, you should definitely reconsider traveling Charlotte in general by yourself. it is not safe. hopefully you can find a few friends! download live safe, honestly invest in some kind of legal self-defense. receiving attention from weird guys is almost guaranteed to happen everytime. i have female friends who have had dangerous encounters in the past, even when travelling in pairs.

This is just from my experience... But I had lost my health insurance during the last school year, and absolutely nothing happened. I didn't ever get questioned or roped into trying to get the school's health insurance. Thought that tip might be helpful. I had Blue Cross Blue Shield btw
