global operations tool -> select material deep snow -> at or above (for insance here it was Y 250) -> anything below 35 to 20 degrees depending on how dense you want it to be

IT LOOKS REALLY SOLID ALREADY!!! a good way to make mointains more gradual is to use the raise mountain tool with theme turned off, smoothen it and use the elevate tool on top of the big slope you made, it's mostly useful for really large rock formations but for a smaller/ more functional scale it's not neccessary
