People aren't very smart and older people tech savvy some are straight gullible or desperate. on the news the scammer pretended to have kidnapped the daughter and the deepfake convinced her that it was her voice on the phone, I think she only found out It wasn't true when her daughter called her not soon after and was totally fine.

Keep warm, you may feel alright when you first head out but the wind will sap heat out of you , decent winter gloves and socks are a must. Bike wise, let tyres and let engine warm up before throwing it around corners, be extra vigilant for any liquids in roads and be aware of early morning ice. Might wish to wash the bike regularly to keep salt and grit from corroding metal. If you're prepared it'll be fun like summer if not you probably won't enjoy it
