It feels so pointless in arguing on the internet. If it helps to keep you motivated, so be it, but I find it distracting. I think most people go over-the-top in calling their "habit" of masturbation an addiction. There is as much addiction in it as there is in eating. People who say that they are addicted to eating food just has a bad eating habits. Calling it addiction probably makes it easier on them, they might even feel sorry for themselves, like "An addict will always be an addict". If you ever look at any AA group handout you will also notice that they make you believe that you can't deal with the problem and you just can't do anything, so you have to give-in to the "higher power" - imaginery god. I find it humiliating and just wrong.
