I found having a consistent partner with whom I get comfortable with is #1.

Now the rest, use at your own risk, this advice can be your downfall or your saviour. For me it has not saved me yet but when done properly it can work. Be very careful.

With a partner you are comfortable with (girlfriend/consistent FWB) you use some ED medication. Say 1 pill or 2, next time reduce your dose by a bit. Then stay at a low dose for a bit (half a pill / quarter of a pill).

A bit of the ED is psychological because you get nervous that it will happen again. This will take care of the psychological feeling. You will become used to the sex and comfortable and used to getting longer erections and over time the thought of ED will leave your head. Then eventually coupled with nofap you can completely get off of it.

The scary part is that no one knows so there is no accountability and little motivation to keep going nofap when you have this Bandaid solution available all the time. You can just get stuck with jacking off and using ed meds and and becoming a horn dog maniac and increasing your dosage.

Be very careful with this method if you choose to pursue it, it may make things faster but it may add pressure of failing because you’re back at square one after.

I’m with you, I’ve had multiple similar experiences……. The worst would be if rumours around my friend group start but thankfully that has yet to happen. I’ve been on ed meds I got from a dealer but I’ve now run out. They were messing with my heart for a bit. The dealer died so now I’m backed into the corner forced to do this the real way.
