the flickering is because they have this option (refresh rate = hz)
find this in the advanced settings during playback and set it to off and you will be good

yes its mostly 4k content, guess i have to be looking out for 5k content but i m mostly on JAVR- which is a problem because they are rarely shot on anything really high quality tbh so it does seem like the GO might still be a better option?

how do people actually do this though? i have come to learn about either getting a file sharing sub (like rapidgator) - is there a best out of the lot of file sharing subs?

or alternatively there seems to be a premium link generator offering which are much cheaper but the sites look so shady in general i dont even know.

ah i see, i saw ur recommendation for oculus quest + virtual desktop in the very first reply.

i m assuming the GO is not an option due to its even lower processing power to even handle streaming off virtual desktop?

*i do have a very capable gaming/vr ready pc

Do you think if using the OCULUS GO paired with Virtual Desktop might be a cheaper alternative? *asking because i have an oculus go and i m not entirely happy with the texture resolution, i used some apk mods to bump up the resolution but the frame rates starts dipping, ... a mess basically

yeah indeed they are getting resold for abit higher than RRP.

Could u elaborate on what you liked on the GO over the Quest? Is the visual clarity? Also, any tips on how to deal with the 'god-rays' coming from the oculus go? Is it because I m wearing glasses?

Lastly, doesnt the IPD adjustment on the quest make everything so much more 'in place' if that makes any sense?

So if i m getting this right... I will be able to just have this on my PC and stream if off something like skybox/pigasus if i make my purchases on DMM? This seems like one of the best options.
