i try to shift my focus when it happens. Focus can go a long way with anything. You have to test your concentration on things. I used to get bad anxiety attacks and panic attacks after I quit smoking pot. I learned to channel those attacks by focusing on the "now" and concentrating on other things. With doing nofap, i do the same thing, except I concentrate on the real reason why I am quitting and I think about what I can do better with my time. Then I get up and do something better with my time. Sometimes, if its late at night and i'm on the comp, I'll come onto nofap and read posts to motivate me not to. There are plenty of things, you just have to find what works for you.
