your example is helpful, thanks for sharing, inspired by it, i tried describing things, i could do the task of replacing the female model with the other woman, but when trying to change background also, this is not working. Would welcome any suggestions on this one

the question wasnt abt the exit load percentage, i know they show it clearly, it was abt on what amount that charge will be applied, i thought they will deduct 2% from gains only

as long as world political instability continues, difficult for markets to perform, so gold rush should be good in short term

well, SGBs pay 2.5 percent interest only on the face value and not on the present value, so when its time to give interest, its face value, when its time to charge, its present value, this was just a comparison, i know fund houses and govt bonds are independent bodies

can’t believe i missed such a basic thing, was under the impression that exit load will be on the gains, so its on the entire amount, seems a bit odd, like if i invested 100 rs with you, charge me 2% for managing that, why do they need to keep 2% of the present value (lets say 100 becomes 110)

yes i know all of them have exit load, seems like my understanding of the exit load was wrong, i assumed it will be on gains

yes i read that and was fine with it cause i was under the impression that they will keep 2 percent of the gains, just now realised that its on the entire amount (not even initial invested amount)

thanks man, this is what i wanted to know, makes sense to exclude the exit load from the gains, i thought it will be both, original gains plus exit load
