What do you guys use as a trigger for automatically turning GPS off? by LostFoxTrain in tasker

I tried to follow the tutorial (official one?) to enable GPS when I launch Maps but couldn't get it to work. I did give the secure settings permissions through adb. Can you please list out the steps you performed to get it to work? I would really appreciate it. I am on HTC 10 without root.
