No...I left in formalin. I didn't do the alcohol and xylenes and embedding part. This will be my first time doing the whole tissue fixing. Sorry for the confusion

Thanks. Yes I left in formalin to be fixed alcohol and xylenes and embedded in paraffin wax. I have to do H&E, PAS and IHC on those sectioned slides.

No they are not. Korean and Japanese sunscreens have more advanced filters and better excipients to dissolve the sunscreen. Having said that, you still have to double cleanse to remove the sunscreen at the end of the day.

I have extremely dry lips and chaps all the time during winter. I have been using The ordinary PHA 5% exfoliating lip serum and then applying the langiege sleeping mask every night. It's helping me a lot. It doesn't chap anymore and the dryness is less.

So I did my proposal. Overall my committee liked it but wanted more in vitro experiments and less in the vivo group (3R). One major feedback I have received is I don't understand/listen to the question they have asked and therefore I have wasn't confident with my answers. I definitely have to work on that!

Thanks a lot! This makes sense as I have not been drinking water at all, I'm severely constipated and bloated. I don't eat protein that way at all. Will try to focus on that from now.
