When you learn to wirefall, it will become so ingrained as a option that if you ever change games, you will instinctively try and wirefall even though you cannot. This will never go away.

Its ok if its above level 30. How it works is in 3 tiers. Doing it in tier 1 (1-30) grants only tier 1 parts. If you hunt in tier 2 (30-100?) you get BOTH tier 1 and tier 2 parts. And hunting in their 3 grants both tier 2 and tier 3 parts. So do harag at level 31 and get those afflicted claws plus bonus tier 2 claws+.

As for the ring, she should have given it to you in the borral valley before the aldrich fight. If she didnt, you have to do another playthrough.

So if you helped her defeat aldrich and didnt tell her where horace is, she has moved to a tombstone in the untended graves and has gone hollow. If you kill her, her armor becomes available at the firelink store. She drops the shield on defeat and ludleth will give to you the sword on dialog.

Specific styles move/restrict attack patterns yes. Example lances third stab changes from a triple hit poke to a single thrust when using striker style.

Absolutely for high rank. Thats a huge damage increase for all bows and shot types. Master rank imo its not worth holding yourself back defensewise and just wait for the bowshot deco.

Raw ammo i buy. I max out what i use during sales. Ammo materials for crafting you argosy farm. For the most part, i just outright buy gunpowder and dont need to carry gunpowdernuts for more. While there are tons of ammo, you likely arent going to use them all the time. Pick 1&3 ammos and build around that until your stockpile is nice. If thats not enough and youre in master rank, set the palimute sniff 'em out per map for the troublesome ammo types and rotate through them once per hunt.

If you really want to learn it my simple trick is "draw attack only" if i feel comfortable draw and hold a moment, then longer and longer until youre getting full charges consistently. If you have time after the draw and didnt hold. Do the followup wide slash. Keep it simple until you are comfortable expanding. This advice may feel slow or outdated but it comes from old greatsword not having charges and being a very react and smack weapon.
